Intelligent Street Lighting System

The Bri-Tek Technologies street light intelligence system is composed of a robust combination of software, gateway, and single light controllers. The gateway, installed in the distribution cabinet, communicates with the single light controllers located at the lighting terminals. This communication is facilitated via GPRS/CDMA/WCDMA wireless networks or cable networks, connecting to a central monitoring center. Additionally, communication between the gateway and individual controllers is carried out through ZIGBEE/LORA protocols.

Efficient Control and Monitoring

The gateway in the Komet Series system plays a critical role in managing street lighting. It controls each lamp by receiving, executing, and forwarding commands from the PC management software. This allows for precise control over the switching on/off or dimming of each lamp, resulting in significant energy savings. Moreover, the system monitors each lamp’s electric consumption, enabling the identification and management of faulty lamps. The gateway can also perform street light loop control and is capable of integrating with other equipment to collect data on local illumination, temperature, and more, providing comprehensive real-time monitoring through the PC management software.
