Description

The Suspended Plug-in Emergency Module for LED High bay is a reliable and efficient emergency lighting solution for high bay luminaires with integrated LEDs and separate non-isolated LED drivers. It is specifically designed to provide backup power in the event of a power outage, ensuring that the integrated LEDs will continue to provide illumination at a reduced output.

To ensure its compatibility, the emergency module is designed for LED modules with a forward voltage of 30-270Vdc, making it suitable for use in both maintained and non-maintained emergency lighting systems. Furthermore, it conforms to EN 61347-1, EN 61347-2-7, and EN 61347-2-13, ensuring that it meets the necessary safety standards.

The emergency module is wired between the LED module and LED driver via a water-proof connector, and can be suspended with a luminaire to provide easy and convenient installation. It is also suitable for use in luminaires for high-risk task area lighting.

The voltage change-over threshold according to EN 60598-2-22 ensures that the emergency module will activate when there is a power cut, with a 3-hour rated duration. It also includes a built-in non-replaceable Li-Ion battery pack with over-charge, over-current, short-circuit, and deep discharge protection for battery safety.

The emergency module features a green charging status LED, a test button for a quick functional test, and an ON/OFF button for the battery pack, making it easy to use and maintain.
